By submitting your device for repair, you agree to the following terms:
Repair Risks
Electronic repairs are unpredictable, and your device may be beyond repair or permanently damaged during the process. Components, especially in liquid-damaged devices, may deteriorate over time, leading to potential failures.
Estimates
We provide estimates based on the initial inspection, but they may change once further work is done. If the estimate needs updating, you will be notified and must approve the changes before we proceed.
Warranty
We offer a 6-month warranty on most repairs, and some repairs may carry a 12-month warranty. This covers issues directly related to the original repair. Damage caused by user error, physical damage, or new issues unrelated to the repair is not covered. If your device fails under warranty, we will repair it at no extra cost, but shipping fees apply.
Warranty Exclusions
No warranty on third-party parts, software issues, or damage from liquid exposure, physical harm, or incorrect usage.
Repair Attempt Fee
A repair attempt fee may be charged for devices requiring extensive work or data recovery. If the repair is unsuccessful, this fee still applies.
Data
We do not guarantee data security and strongly recommend backing up your files before sending in your device. Data loss may occur during repair.
Pickup Time Limit and Storage
Devices must be picked up within 30 days of notification. After that, the device is considered abandoned and may be sold or recycled. Storage fees apply after 60 days at $40 per month.
Abandoned Devices
If we don’t receive a response to an estimate within 30 days, the device will be considered abandoned. It may be sold or recycled to recover costs.
By submitting your device, you understand and accept the risks involved, including potential damage or data loss during repair.
